Support Worker

Sheree draws upon her lived experience in supporting individuals with disability, particularly ADHD and autism, to better relate to clients and their needs. She strives to get to know each client personally and tailor her support to what works best for them.
Sheree is a support worker for DFS who is based in Wollongong and the Illawarra. She is a local who is patient, empathetic, and who uses active listening to build trust and create a safe and respectful environment for each of our clients.
Sheree has experience in providing community-based and in-home supports for individuals with a variety of disabilities and mental health conditions. She enjoys helping our clients with their day-to-day needs and building their independence.
Outside of work, Sheree enjoys jigsaw puzzles, bushwalking, and spending quality time with her family.
