Support Worker

As a support worker, Danny works closely with clients, their family members, and other relevant stakeholders. He aims to build a positive rapport with each client and learn how to best support them throughout their journey here at DFS.
Danny is a support worker for DFS who is based in Wollongong and the Illawarra. He is an Oak Flats local and is very familiar with the area. Prior to working for DFS, Danny worked for a variety of different providers within the local area, supporting clients of all ages and abilities.
Danny applies a relaxed approach throughout his supports in order to keep each client as calm as possible. He strives to ensure that each client advocates for themselves and works together with him to achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Danny enjoys riding, bushwalking, and swimming.
