Support Worker

As a support worker, Jo works closely with clients, their family members, and other relevant stakeholders. She aims to build a positive rapport with each client and learn how to best support them throughout their journey here at DFS.
Jo is a support worker for DFS who is based in Wollongong and the Illawarra. With her easy-going nature, she applies a gentle, compassionate, and non-judgemental approach to her supports.
Jo has over a decade of experience in support work, and also has experience in management within the health and care services industry.
Outside of her work, Jo enjoys music and good food. She always looks forward to hanging out with family and friends.
