Support Worker

As a support worker, Reah works closely with clients, their family members, and other relevant stakeholders. She aims to build a positive rapport with each client and learn how to best support them throughout their journey here at DFS.
Reah is a support worker for DFS who is based in Wollongong. Born and raised in the Illawarra, she has previous experience in therapeutic massage, retail, weight loss, and in working with disadvantaged children.
Reah maintains a strong interest in aiding each client’s personal development and achieving their support goals. She is a good listener and observer, applying a person-centred approach throughout her supports, with an emphasis on active listening, compassion, strength identification, and building trust.
Outside of work, Reah enjoys cooking, gardening, yoga, swimming, movies, and traveling.
