Rachel

Occupational Therapist
(Sydney)

Rachel takes a flexible, creative, and child-centred approach to therapy. She supports children to build skills through practical, play-based, and everyday activities, helping them work towards the things they want and need to do with greater confidence.

Rachel is an Occupational Therapist based in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, with professional registration in both Australia and Ireland. Before moving to Australia, Rachel worked in paediatric occupational therapy, supporting children with complex disabilities from birth through to 18 years of age across home, school, clinic, and community settings.

Rachel has experience supporting children with developmental, psychosocial, neurological, physical, and behavioural needs, including autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, developmental delays, and complex physical disabilities. She works closely with children and their families to ensure therapy goals are practical, child-centred, and able to fit meaningfully into everyday routines.

Rachel values the breadth and creativity of occupational therapy. She enjoys breaking down challenges into achievable steps and supporting children to participate in the daily activities that are important to them and their families.
