About Kathryn

I consider myself to be gentle and compassionate, with an analytical and scientific mind. I am conscientious, diligent and I persevere to find support solutions. I am particularly interested in anxiety and its expression across the lifespan, from childhood to late adulthood. I apply the intersection of business and psychology, from both employee and management perspectives as I am on the management team of the practice. I want to be able to help and make a difference in people’s lives for instance travelling to Switzerland and Singapore to counselling accreditation and experience has been helpful for my practice.

I use a range of cognitive and behaviour therapies, including ACT mindfulness. I also use techniques in neuro-therapy to help understand mood and developmental disorders with our clients. Play and art therapy have important adjuncts for big and little clients.
