About Jennifer

Jennifer is a friendly and approachable person with a passion for psychological wellbeing. She aims to help people engage with their thought to achieve helpful and fulfilling perspectives. She enjoys working with people to build resilience through challenging times, or to overcome mental health concerns. She is interested in both conscious and unconscious processes, and their involvement in both issues and their resolution.


Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with mindfulness, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Solution Focussed Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Hypnotherapy.

Jennifer is just starting out in the psychology profession after having worked in business administration for a number of years. She has casual experience as a hypnotherapist, with a particular focus on phobias.
